		<description>your experience with fukwits, wrappers and weekend warriors in lycra treating fellow riders like shit was pretty much my experiences of the aussie MTB event scene. fire roads....paddocks.....why bother?

i recommend that you see a masseur to work out those cramps- sounds like hammy/ glute issues that could do with some trigger point stuff. with all of those KM&#039;s and training- stuff gets mega TIGHT.
