We do try to listen,  but that&#039;s pretty easy to do for us (especially me) because of the passion we have for bicycles. It sounds like such marketing garbage to make such pronouncements, but it&#039;s very real to me. Cycling has over run my life for the past 26 years. Even with my accident and all the injuries I now have, I can&#039;t wait to get healthy enough to get back on my bikes and riding again. It&#039;s a sickness.

As for the bikes- as I said, we spend lots of time working on the design and cosmetics of the bikes. We really bust a gut on the way they look. We don&#039;t do a lot of surveys (though I do have a few now and again on the blog) or do other forms of &quot;market research&quot; per se- we pick the colors based off the visceral reaction of; wow, that looks good. It&#039;s a passion thing for us (and certainly for me).
