grose head – base 2 – 4 [rest]

sticking to the schedule [which suits me as a rest week perfectly] it was time for a mid morning low intensity ride out to grose. weather was perfect and of course the locals were out everywhere. i still want to grab a baby one for lach – one day.

carbo is having some issues. he really needs a service. skipping and jumping all the time in mid to lows on the rear cog. i also had a slow/low impact OTB on the techy section at the back of the garden centre. no injuries or damage… just glad no one was around
