SOP + KOM

i met up with churchy this morning for another commute. we left early so my plan was to pace with him till M7 then try a new thing, some laps of SOP….

the scenery isn’t as good as centennial : ) but the issue i have with centennial is crossing inner west to the park in the morning. its not very pleasant with cars, lights etc… at least with SOP i can get in a few extra km’s en-route and its along the main route. the circuit is fine with nothing too hard also with less traffic. a 92km start to the day is ok. i’ll go for a full 100 next week.

en-route this morning i was determined to take the KOM i missed last week. trieu and i spoke about it on the weekend. he was pissed that he’d lost everything to stoker… so game on. sadly again miss calculated the finishing point so there is a little bit more to be had.
