welcome, i am now the owner of the above roadie. it went for a little over what i expected, its funny i put my bid in at $210 at first but then after checking the price for the 1,20034 time i decided to up it to $227.50. if i hadn’t, i would not have won the bike - i am really happy to have brought it.i am hoping to pick it up next weekend and i am sure it will see the best side of some kerosine, autosol, degreaser, and a nice polish. with only pedals to purchase i am stoked. happy it has the trip computer as well.this bike will become the work horse, making a weekly trip to work on him/her. like all bikes after spending some time with him/her i will name the bike. fingers x’d this is a great bike.

it will also mean that i will sell hugo. i have no real need for him now and i am thinking any extra funds i have can go to improvements on the raleigh  if necessary. i will also do the regular trip to ultimo to do a photoshop on the infamous moss wall located near work.

tarini

i am thinking the red/white frame colour will seriously come up a treat against the wall.

happy as.

fixed.org.au and what a community should be

this morning, like all mornings, i logged onto my new found forum fixed. it is a great resource for fixie/track stuff in australia. the thing i am liking the most about it is the people on it actually seem like a nice bunch of guys. i have been on a fair few forums before and the guys there are just dickwads. but not here.

this is a perfect example of why….
or this for instance

maybe i should move on from being a silent lurker, to an active participant… i just fell to much like a noob for now
