ANZAC day was a day to ride. Working late didn’t allow for a group ride with Churchy, Jeff, Ludenia etc but I did manage to get out anyway later on in the day.
Hills are part of BASE 2-2 so I decided to do a shorter hill run. To my total surprise I climbed out of Sun Valley in the fastest time ever well I matched my best ever. It felt comfortable and consistent. I think the Athlete’s Lab is starting to fully show how good it is.
